		<description>I agree with Jen, our HS team faced a pitcher over the weekend that had the whole team hitting the ball off the end of the bat.  Her fastball was maybe 50 mph but her change up was in the low 30ths.  Our timing was WAYY off, so for all you fastball pitchers, as you get older, you better have an off speed pitch and better yet balls with movement to keep those good hitters off balance!  Good luck this season!</description>
